Layton served as Producer, Director, and Cinematographer on feature length documentary which had its world premiere at the SXSW Film Festival in 2019 and began its national PBS run in 2021. It was also selected to be shown around the world by The American Film Showcase and throughout the southern US as part of the Southern Circuit Tour of Independent Filmmakers. The film is about Community First! Village, an innovative new model for solving homelessness.
